Position: Department Manager, Field Service Business
Overall Management of Field Service Business Organization for Japan
- Coach, educate, and lead entire field service team to provide excellence to customers.
- Responsible to achieve the field service division goals.
- Develops & implements highly effective organizational structure to support internal & external customers, partners & distributors.
- Manage training programs
- Overall management of the outsource customer call canter
- Controls documentation to ensure accuracy & effectiveness of troubleshooting.
- Manage service contract renewals, promote service contract sales
- Develops department budget, monitor expenses & ensure compliance.
- Manage customer complaints in a timely manner
- Visit customer sites in order to improve customer satisfaction
- Service contract management
