Large global medical device company, position will lead all sales activities and report to BU Head in APAC.  Clear career progression to GM position.  Managing innovative medical tech products with excellent market potential

10+ years’ experience in medical device industry sales or clinical background. The 10 years must include at least 5 years of leadership/management in healthcare.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of leadership/management experience in the field of Endovascular, Interventional Cardiology or 
Well rounded business and financial acumen.
Prior product launch experience.
Experience working in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate at various levels .
Prior market development experience.
Proven successful sales track record.
Prior KOL management experience.
Prior experience building and maintaining successful sales teams.
Prior experience with balancing company profitability and customer goals.
Ability to build strong relationships with key therapy users and internal employees across various functions and at all levels.
Performance Management Leadership.
Excellent influencing and consulting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to attract and manage a diverse workforce.

Business level English skills required.
