Key Job Accountabilities
Provide therapeutic market analysis and insight as well as sales forecasting as a business partner to support decision making and brand strategy development
Track brand performance and identify/report the early signal of risks and significant changes in competitive environment to support senior management taking counter actions
Contribute to successful launches of pipeline products by providing with high quality of primary market research capabilities and business analysis skills, especially in specialty therapeutic areas.
5+ years of rich experience in Primary Market Research agencies or Marketing/Medicine experience in Pharma company in specialty therapeutic areas such as rare diseases in respiratory, immunology, rheumatism, dermatology, schizophrenia, oncology or other rare diseases, preferably with strong network with physicians or key opinion leaders
Sophisticated communication skills for internal interaction with colleagues in Marketing/Medicine and local senior management
English proficiency: Business level for daily communication with global colleagues via e-mail or tele-conference as well as oral communication with local non-Japanese senior management members
