Top Medical Device Company bringing innovative technology to the Japanese Market, looking for a Sales Director for West Japan Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team to develop the sales of capital equipment in the West Region market
  • Implement strategies for longer sales cycles
  • Negotiate with hospital C-Suite level, Administrators, as well as financial institutions, and top KOLs
  • Leading the core deployment of this technology with the main hospitals of West Region
  • Manage, coach, and grow the current sales team


  • Skilled negotiator and leader
  • Experience selling Capital Equipments, Imaging Devices or Robotic Devices (over 50M JPY per device)
  • Experience in making complex selling plans and strategies involving multiple stakeholders for top hospitals (C-Suite, Administrators), Financial institutions, KOLs, etc…
  • Someone able to handle a mix of short/medium/long term sales strategies, and used to longer sales cycles
  • Japanese (Native or N1 level)
  • English (Business level)
