Global Medical Device Company is looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager for their office in Tokyo.

Role & Responsibility:

  1. Being responsible for the specific product portfolio including strategic marketing plans working closely with the Brand team and Director

  2. Main purpose to plan, tailor and coordinate direct marketing activities to meet needs of the country

  3. Monitor, analyze and evaluate competitive trends and market dynamics, make necessary recommendations on that base

  4. Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns 

  5. Building brand strength through new initiatives, resource deployment and monitoring key metrics to achieve local revenue targets

  6. Drive the key elements of the Global & APAC Strategy

  7. Work closely with KOL , associations including global stakeholders

  8. Cross-functional Teamwork on local, APAC and global scale


  • Minimum Education: Bachelor degree

  • Several years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Brand Marketing and Product/Portfolio Management

  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and the ability to apply them

  • KOL Management including “Government & medical association” relation

  • Advanced Japanese/English proficiency.

  • People Management experience
