Summary of job scope:
The Digital Solutions is a team consisted of individuals with competencies focused on the design and development of digital marketing, omni-channel solutions and open-sourced based applications/solutions, complemented with business acumen and great team player traits.
The Digital Solutions Leader is responsible to develop chapter members by advancing their technical competencies, business acumen as well as leadership behavior to the next level. In addition, the chapter leader will be responsible to strategically plan for new technical capabilities in alignment with business needs as well as technology trends.
This role will work closely with the Chapter Area Lead, Global Technical Delivery Centers, in-market Tribes Leads, Squad Product Owners and Scrum Masters to best provide the technical capabilities required, as well as gathering staff feedback to evaluate team members.
This role will also be an individual contributor within the squad assigned and will be responsible for the delivery of technical solutions.
Provides leadership in envisioning and strategically planning and executing staff development plans.
Understanding the business model to identify potential opportunities for top-line and bottom-line growth through technology enablement.
Understand the existing enterprise architecture, and support utilization of existing tools while proposing enhancements of these solutions.
Deliver digital marketing and omni-channel capabilities to market and squads based on business requirements.
